On April 20th, we announced the unveiling of the Cochranton Community Services Complex. The complex will house a doctor's office, full-service pharmacy and credit union branch. It's a collaborative effort we were excited to be part of between the Cochranton community and participating medical and financial groups. This effort will make numerous important amenities easier to access for those who reside in the Cochranton Community and will also improve the site of a currently blighted building. This project is ongoing! There is currently 6,000 square feet available in the complex. Give us a call if you are interested!
We also recently announced the sale of the 84 Lumber Building property on Bessemer Street to Voodoo Brewing Company. They plan to utilize the property to create an industrial type production facility. In conjunction with the Meadville Redevelopment Authority, we were also able to put together loan funds in order for them to purchase new equipment for the property. We are excited that we were able to work with them to expand in our community and wish them nothing but success!
